Guest guest
Hi Dionne! I'm pretty new to the program actually and so far, I've been doing great! I hope you're feeling as good about this program as I do! This board has been very helpful to me and the people here are very knowledgable and kind, so you will find this to be a very supportive area! Good Luck! -Ruth > Hi Ladies, > I am new to the group and would like to introduce myself. Guest guest
Hi Michele, Welcome to the group. Let us know how it's going and if you have any questions. I'm not sure exactly what Bill is doing now. Last I heard, he had created a new company, High Point Media, and was publishing books. Eating for Life was the first and there were supposed to be more to come. He was also working on a TV show but I haven't heard anything else about that recently. Guest guest
Good morning, I am new to the group and wanted to share a little bit about myself. I am 41 years old and happily married, I live on the east coast and had a gastic bypass two years ago. Prior to that I weighed 450 lbs and was having severe health problems. We had tried everything prior to that but things were not going well. Since then I had lost 200 lbs. My mother passed away 3 months ago and during the process I gained 20 lbs back. So I am currently sitting at 275. I am struggling to get back down to 250 and then my ultiment goal of 200 lbs. So I decided to look online for support and new ideas. I've been heavy all my life, since 10 years old I've been overweight so I've been there and done that... tried every diet known to mankind and a few of my own lol... I look forward to exploring the group and learning more.. blessings, Merrry
