[The Little Bowl] Doing Great

Yesterday’s Meals: B- 2 slices havarti cheese, 3 oz ham, 1 plum, tea L- 2 andouille chicken sausage, water S- 2 oz roast beef, 2 slices cheese, blueberry tea D- 5 slices bacon, 3 cups romaine, 4 wedges tomato, 3T olive oil mayonnaise 1456 calories, 100g fat, 20g carbs, 4g fiber, 111g protein Goal Percentages: calories 96%, fat 90%, carbs 58%, fiber 37%, protein 117% Yesterday was a very special day. I just don’t know how to even describe it. Please see my other blog for the photo’s: Incredibly Special Moment in My Life I was ok with the calories being higher yesterday, because I needed the fat. So far, I am 5 days on plan and keeping the calorie counting going. I had thought I would have to try intuitive eating to keep my eating in check, but there is nothing like calorie counting to be sure everything is close to my target goals. I feel so much more confident when I know what and how much I am consuming and relate it to how I feel. --
