I lost 4 lbs since last weeks WI, but havent been able to exercise for a few days

I've been dealing w/ a lot of pain issues lately, ESP. w/ my feet. Not sure what's wrong there, but starting to get it checked out on Monday. Hopefully they find what's wrong.

I'm still on P1 of South Beach, but have admittedly slipped here and there, but not much. Basically just a piece or two of dark chocolate, or natural pb mixed w/ sugar-free preserves when I have a sugar craving. Becuz of the feet issues, I havent been able to make the SF Jello just yet.

This time, I'm sticking to SBD, no matter what it takes. My goal is to lose 100 lbs by mid-June.
