I weighed in on Monday to another pound lost. I am feeling so much better seeing the weight move again. Hoping it stays at a steady pace through summer, as I so want to go to Hawaii feeling my very best! I am crossing my fingers for a 20-25 pound loss by then. That would put me in the 220's. It wasn't so long ago that 220 horrified me, now it sounds so wonderful!

Husband seems to be sticking to his diet with me, but he has his moments. At least we are talking about it every day and I think his desire to lose weigh is getting stronger, although we just left the store and he had bought chocolate, pork rinds and a cinnamon roll. Sigh. I figured his calories for the day, and said I could add the roll and he would be fine, but if at all possible, to hold off on the rest for another day. He said he would try.

Two more pairs of fat jeans bit the dust. I wish I knew what size they were, but the tag is too faded. I have only kept my largest ones for a reference. I am working on being ruthless with throwing away clothing that is too big. Today I have on a T shirt that is really long and it is too big, so after today it becomes a nighty. I also had to take my sandals down a notch from last summer, that was kinda fun to realize that even feet lose weight. lol.

I read RS's motivator about vitamins, I do take a multiple, a D with calcium and occasionally a vitamin C. I am not a firm believer in vitamins or pills for that matter, but with low calories and lack of fresh produce, I want to at least attempt to get something into my system. I bought Clementine's for myself today (my treat) and a bag of turnips! lol. That ought to stink up the truck in no time tonight!

How is everyone else doing? Is summer easier or harder for you to stay on your plan?
