Guest guest
I was walking out to lunch today with my book that I'm currently reading (Under The Dome by King) and thinking ... before I start to read I need to make a note to myself for my diet diary (I have one now). I notated that I wanted to remember how much better I feel today as opposed to Sunday and Monday, days after I'd so brutally overeaten. I felt lighter, my stomach felt better, I had more energy because I ate good vegetables and antioxidant rich fruit that also provide energy. I had a better day at work both physically and emotionally. Sometimes I have to remind myself WHY I need to be eating healthier, it's not all about weight loss, it's about overall health and well being. I think I learned my lesson . I can always tell when I'm back in my element, because my head is clear and I'm moved to write. To update my diaries, blogs, and even continue that pesky short story that's been eluding me for a month. When I'm back to writing, I'm doing good. *~*~*~*"You can deprive the body, but the soul needs chocolate" -Sapphyre*~*~*~*What Have You Done Today To Make You Feel Proud? - The Biggest Loser*~*~*~*"Meditate.
