Guest guest Posted June 5, 2010 Report Share Posted June 5, 2010 I am giving up my daily scale habit.. It is not good mentally for me and kinda obessed with checking it so many times a day. I will weigh every 2 weeks and planned menus as well. I made the wrong food choices, binging this past week with ice cream. I already planned my menu for Sunday and my start weight is 350.
