Its 90s and am just relaxing with the AC on.. On Friday, which I started calorie counting food log and did my dancing for 20 minutes that I lost 2 Lbs!! Was 412 and currently at 410. Now just waiting for the heatwave to cool down and start my dancing areobics that I learned from and Sansone. Happy 4th everyone!!
