Guest guest
..8... That is the net loss for my first week back on trying to be more healthy and back on the weight loss journey. I weighed myself yesterday and I was down 2 pounds, but when I weighed this morning, that loss was gone! I was a bit more careless and less active yesterday, but not THAT much. I was thinking I would at least have that 2 pound loss be my official weight for the week, but NOOOOO. Oh well, maybe I will see a bigger loss next week. I need to get out of the "why bother" feeling I am feeling.I will get on my pedometer and do MORE walking and activity and NOT eat when I am bored. (I KNOW I ate a granola bar and a handful of chips out of boredom yesterday, rather than hunger.)I NEED to be accountable for this. I have gained nearly 40 pounds since I was at my lowest weight of my life. I am back in that OBESE category on the BMI index.a in MN
Guest guest
It sounds like the 2 pounds was real, the .8 is temporary. A granola bar and a handful of chips would make a big difference for me, my body is so sensitive at this age, that even 300 extra calories a day can keep me from losing. Still, it sounds to me like you've lost weight, try checking again in the morning. So I will give you a BIG CONGRATS! annh 307/241/157 (started Sept 1, 2009) My Weight Loss Journal: The Little Bowl -- .8 ARGH! ..8... Guest guest
Thanks Elissaannh, I did end up weighing myself again this morning after my shower. I was down 1.8, so I am thinking that is a more true view of my loss for the week. I am still going to kick up my walking and being more aware of my boredom munching. a in MNpmleehere@...From: elisaannh <elisaannh@...>100-plus Sent: Mon, June 21, 2010 9:05:07 AMSubject: Re: .8 ARGH!
