Yesterday was under MY control. Nothing, and I mean nothing was going to keep me from staying in my targets, not even when my daughter decided to have hubby bring home fried chicken for dinner since she didn’t want to cook. I insisted that I WANTED the left over steak and cauliflower mash. I loved my dinner and loved that I did stay in my targets, making two days in a row that I could get both the calories and the carbs back down to a reasonable level. My month is not looking good for weight loss and I feel as though I may have gained weight. I just don’t have that thin feeling anymore and with July having been higher than I wanted in calories and carbs, I think the two high months back to back are going to show a gain when I can finally get back on a scale in September. I have no one or nothing to blame but myself for it. Averages so far for the month (click to enlarge): Averages for the month of July and Aug: OUCH, not looking good at all. That is definitely above my maintenance level for calories. I will have to work this all back down to my trucking calorie levels. I am feeling positive and good that I can. Still no baby. Daughter is 11 days past her due date. I have 10 days left here before I return home. I have no idea what will happen. Yesterday’s Meals: B- omelet – 1 egg, 1 oz cheese, 2T sour cream, 2tsp butter, 2 oz turkey breast L- 3 red franks, 1T queso D- 4 oz sirloin, 1 cup mashed cauliflower, 1T shredded cheddar cheese, 6 mushrooms, 1/2 c brown sauce, S- 1 whiskey, 1 fun size dark chocolate bar 1521 calories, 83g fat, 34g carbs, 4g fiber, 91g protein Percentage of Goals: calories perfect at 100%, fat ok at 75%, carbs great at 100%, fiber too low at 35%, protein great at 96% --
