Guest guest Posted May 26, 2010 Report Share Posted May 26, 2010 Hiya! It is 90 degress here in my town... I walked one hour (30 minutes each way) of seeing my Phd doctor. I missed my walking and will aim another 60 minutes rest of the week. Food choices are good. I am now focusing on eating 3 meals and no snacking.. I am huge snacker..and finding other active ways of not snacking between meals. I feel so much better. What is your fitness for today? Have a great one!
