I Couldn't Believe My Eyes!

I went swimming last night, I used the ear plugs they worked great. I had so much fun I've not been swimming in ages and it was just wonderful. I swam for 1 hour and 45 minutes. I was TIRED when I got home and sore in muscles I'd forgotten I had.

Got up this morning to weigh and my jaw dropped. From 257.6 to 253.6. 3 whole pounds! I was so excited and happy. 4 more pounds and I'm out of the 250s. I'm going to push harder and really work on my program to continue this loss. I KNOW I can do this!
