Yes.... that is a 1.4 lb gain this week

Yes.... that is another gain

No.... I am not going to let the number on the scale define me today and/or ruin my day....

It seems like I had to claw my way out of the 260s and now I am struggling with the 250s.

I guess in my defense (not like I need one, I *am* an adult here, LOL) this has been a rough few months with being unable to exercise like I'd like to. I still need to define the exercise I can do for the time being and do it. Doing it is key, I just have had the all-or-nothing mindset lately and need to get out of it!

I know I can make better eating choices and I can find something to do exercise-wise that works for me, so those are ever the goals.

I also know changing my work schedule this week is playing havoc with my system because quite honestly I haven't worked out the new sleep cycle. When I get that on a better system, things will be better.

It's going to take the month of May to work that out - not as an excuse, but because I will be going to CA next weekend to see my hunny and the sleep schedule will change to "vacation mode" and then I'll get back and be sleep deprived and exhausted for a week getting back into "work mode"

UGH!!

I will take what I can get for the month of May and quite honestly am still ok with where things stand. In the 13 weeks since I was actively seeing the nutritionist and month (?) since I stopped seeing her, I have lost 15 lbs and 15 inches and am down a total of 10.8 since Jan 1 of this year, so at least the scale is staying on the general path of decline.

Still yo-yo'ing a little, yes..... and will I get out of the 250s... yes!

Depressed.... no!

Depending on how things work out today, DS13 has a baseball game, those are always good for burning a few calories because I don't typically sit to watch them, I stand/pace around and it looks cold, so could be shivering some calories off too LOL!!
