Guest guest
> It is cooler at the gym than in my house. LOL No air conditioning, ? I know my dad's friend, who had homes in NH, never had AC in his houses, claiming it rarely gets hot enough for one. I swear, every time we stayed up there when we were kids, it was certainly hot enough! I blamed it on the guy being from Alabama originally and could tolerate temps above what this Jersey girl was used to. On the good news front, this morning it was only 77 at 4:30am, and in turn my living room was only 75, so I was able to get a full half hour of cardio and another of quigong in already for the first time in a few days. I'm still hesitant to venture outside - the humidity today is supposed to high and still in the " unhealthy " air quality range.
