Well, I've got my suitcases packed because, one more time...away I go! Yep, I'm leaving on another jet plane. I got home from QVC on Monday. (And oh, by the way, thank you all for watching!) I've been home only a couple of days and tomorrow, I'll be back in the sky again. I'm heading for Saginaw, Michigan, which is about a 2 1/2 drive from Detroit.

Back in 2006, I taught a big exercise class at the Soaring Eagle Casino in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan near Saginaw. And boy, did I ever have a terrific time! We had a full house and I met a lot of wonderful people, many of whom I'm still in touch with today. I just love teaching classes at hotel casinos. And, oh yeah, I always bring 50 dollars so that I can play a few rounds with the slot machines. I took my mother, Shirley, to Las Vegas a few times and she loved playing the dollar slots. So I keep the tradition going. But if I win, how will I send my winnings on to Shirley in heaven? Oh wait, silly question...I'll just ask my guardian angel to deliver them!

I love to say hello to all of the people who work at the casinos. I greet everyone from the doorman, to the receptionists, to the man who brings my bags up to my room. And I have to tell you, the rooms at the Soaring Eagle Casino are just so pretty. They're truly fit for a king! My room had a king-size couch, a king-size television, a king-size bed and...a king-size Jacuzzi. Wow! Talk about nice...you should see it!Now I know that many of you have visited Las Vegas or Atlantic City to try your luck. Well, Soaring Eagle is just like one of the Vegas or Atlantic City spots. It's just plain good-old fun!So I leave early tomorrow morning, fly into Detroit then drive over to Saginaw. As soon as I get to Soaring Eagle, I'll change clothes and get ready to teach class tomorrow night at 8PM. During my class, I'll get everyone to warm up, we'll go into the cardio portion of our workout then into the cool-down part of class. I'm bringing with me music from my all new workout DVD, Sweatin' To The Oldies 5. I'll have with me songs like, Soul Man, Hit The Road Jack and I Heard It Through The Grapevine.

As always, after class, I'll chat and take photos with many of the people who've come out to see me. When we're all done, I'll send everyone home to sleep...in heavenly peace. (Did you know that when you exercise regularly, your sleeping habits improve and you sleep so much better?)The next morning, I'll take another ride over to the airport in Detroit and arrive back in Los Angeles Saturday afternoon. I know, fast trip, huh? But I don't mind. I can't wait to meet everyone and sweat with them. And if you live in the area, I hope you'll be able to join us! Back in the 1980s, I began making my personal appearances in shopping malls. And just look at me now, I'm headlining at casinos!
