I have to check the scale at the gym.... but the wii fit has me under 240... down to 238 as of this am. and thats after a high salt diet last night. (we had chinese) my hands are all puffy and i haven't taken my dieuretic today...So I guess that means I'm doing something right. My immediate goal is to get to 200 by my birthday. That would have down pretty much 75 lbs in just under a year. Thats not bad is it? I'm' glad its going we well as it is... I wish i was already at the 200 lb mark. I live w/ my parents and the money i pay.... for rent... also goes to groceries...and so I eat whats there.... and normally its high salt...and fairly high fat... and ugh so late at night... dinner is often after nine oclock ... which i know isnt helping any.
