Guest guest
>So, as you can see, I was raised around a very colorful cast of characters in the French Quarter. I rented the Disney movie Princess and the Frog this week and started the commentary track yesterday. The writers talk about how the crew spent a lot of time in New Orleans to get the flavor of the place and how each character reflects the various types of people who live in the area, from the Southern belle with the rich big daddy to the dark-alley voodoo practitioners to the swamp-loving Cajun fireflies. Sounds like a very fun - and diverse - place to live. Well, except for that whole flooding thing, that is. >My laughs would begin as a little chuckle that grew into a cackle, then tears would begin forming in my eyes and as I kept laughing, my sides would begin to hurt! Sometimes one of my laughs would last five whole minutes. But after I quieted down, later, I'd think about what tickled my funny bone so much and I'd start laughing all over again! Does he know we were just discussing his wackiness and humor? LOL Sue in NJ
