Happy Monday to all of you! I hope it's going to be a good week for you and your health. Oh, I just love Mondays and today, I'm thinking about my next big trip. I'll be leaving tomorrow for New York City to make an appearance on the The Dr. Oz Show. Have you seen his program yet?

Dr. Oz is a truly remarkable man. He is truly so smart. He's celebrating his 100th show this week. And for this episiode, there will be one hundred people in his audience, each of whom have lost 100 pounds or more. (With all this focus on 100, I guess I'll be on because I look to be 100. LOL!)A crew from Dr. Oz' show has already been here to Los Angeles and they've recorded video of me at home and at Slimmons. Those taped pieces will air during the show so you'll get to see me on tape and live. The show will be all about success in the weight loss world. From the audience, there'll be stories told about how each individual lost their weight in a healthy way.

I've never met Dr. Oz. In the past, I've done his radio show and have seen him on TV. But this will be my first time meeting him face-to-face and I'm so excited to meet him.Dr. Oz wants to talk about my beginnings and how I ended up doing what I do. I sent his staff a FoodMover so I can show him how I teach everyone about the importance of accountability and controlling their portions. And we're going to work out to a number from my latest DVD, Sweatin' To The Oldies 5. The song we'll be using is Hit The Road Fat....no wait, I mean Hit The Road---JACK...and dontcha come back no more, no, more! (Okay, I'm getting a bit carried away here!)There's more good news, too. Dr. Oz is also involved with helping us get PE back into this country's public school system. And I'm not finished. Did you know that Dr. Oz is also a surgeon and still sees patients when he's not doing his show. What a dedicated man!So tomorrow morning, I hop on a plane and head for the Big Apple. After doing Dr. Oz' show on Wednesday morning, I'll, head right back home to Los Angeles. The show is scheduled to air February 16th so check your local listings. Hope you get to watch the show!Love,
