Hi Everyone,

Been a busy week in -land and so have once again been off-line more than online. This is good, that I have a real life (LOL - or so my son tells me)

Anyway. Like I said last weekend, it was taking faith and trust to not count every morsel and figure out calories, etc plus no exercise to speak of. I wish I could get over the all-or-nothing mind set, but that's next up on my agenda. "Light" exercise does not mean "no" exercise.

Weigh-in this morning brings 5.2 lbs less of me this week and -5.25 inches (makes me go: Huh?! LOL!)

I am headed out of town now for the holiday: first ever "actual" Valentine's Day with my hunny

Our visits have always landed 1-2 weeks before or after the day, so we're pretty excited :o)

I'll check in next week as life allows. Actually looking forward to my 2 week doctor/nutritionist appointment now.
