Experiment with different brands of ricotta — they have different textures and flavors. Prep time: 10 minutes Ingredients: 1/2 cup lowfat ricotta cheese 2 tbsp mild honey 2 tbsp cocoa powder 1/2 tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon Instructions: 1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. 2. Scoop into small dessert dishes and serve.
