Hi ,

Sounds like a great workout. Today I got my breaths in while walking. I

have taken my Access Bar before my workout. I have also jumped on the

trampoline with the kids for morning recess. (I homeschool my four kids) I

have taken my protein shake. So, at this point in the day. I'm right on

schedule!

Good for you Liz! I'm not only cheering you on, I'm right there with you. I

realized I've been fooling myself. Even tho I've been eating the way I

choose, I wasn't doing what I had to really do, to get to where I want to be.

Four

days ago, I got serious, I mean REALLY serious. I do low carb my way, and

I'm in ketosis now. No more messing around. We can do this! We deserve this!

We have to keep remembering that. Now if I could just get the energy to do

my workouts the way they need to be done...LOL

Hi Everyone,

I have neglected myself sooooo much lately for a variety of reasons and

I can tell it in the way that I feel and look. Starting today that is

going to change. My birthday is 3 weeks from tomorrow and I'm going to

work diligently towards feeling good about myself between now and then

and continually. I'm cutting back on my eating and exercising 5 to 7

days a week taking care of myself again. It's my turn!!!!! Hey, if I

don't take care of myself how can I take care of my family, right?????

OK I hear the theme from " Rocky " going on in my head. :-) Cheer me on, I

need it!!!!!

Amen, amen, amen!!!!!!:-) I've already done a 2 mile walk with 50 LL breaths and

I plan on doing more LL breaths tonight while watching " Super Nanny " .

Well, last week to get myself in control of my eating, schedules, and anything that makes things go more smoothly. One hiccup this week everyone is home until next Monday. YUGH. Today is DD track meet. That will take up 4 to 5 hrs of the day.

I do need to pick up a new journal. BUT if I don't get there will use a notebook. Have a food journal. Got the calorie king book to look stuff up. Got plenty of DVD's, exercise bike, and Wii. Water I have to figure out what bottle I will use. Sometimes I use 20 oz bottle. BUT will have to figure that out. Then I have to do inventory by next Mon. That is going to mean some soul searching and what I need to change. Will get on the scale next Mon. Have to declutter house of Candy, Fudge, and bad stuff. Who buys a fat gal lindt choc, read swedish fish, and PB cups? YUGH...

So I off to do some house cleaning. Have a safe and happy New Year if I dont get back.

You can do this - even with the kids and family home, find a way - this is how life works.

For my new journal, I got one of those composition notebooks the kids needed for school in a pretty royal blue. Started using it 12/26
