My hubby's parents own quite a bit of property there and we go up as often as we can (from Seattle). They are on the southwest beach (high bank). Where are you? I think what you wrote about not being an all or nothing eater is so key here. It is one of the most valuable things I have learned over my 15 months on BFL. Kind of hard being off two days in a row but I gotta do what I gotta do. I am not going to let this weight get the best of me. Every day I make such great strides in succeeding this time.
