that's good. You've been really smart with how you've been taking care of your knee Kerry. I have one Kathy workout and reading your posts makes me want to pull it out, it's Great Buns & Thighs Step. I love the music in that one.

It scares me when I hear of people "blowing" a knee, so I'm being careful. Have fun with that Kathy workout when you work it into your rotation.

I didn't manage to get out of bed early this morning (always a struggle on Monday) and my knee is slightly better than over the weekend.

It's in the 80s out there so I didn't want to suffer the heat and opted indoors for WATP's Walk and Jog video.

Did not take allergy meds last night and am doing "ok" today in that regard, so we'll see if I need to take it to sleep decent tonight.

Tomorrow's exercise: strength
