Guest guest
I have been having a lot of lower back pain lately. It's seriously affecting my ability to do even the simplest things like walk 2 miles. I have to take multiple stretch breaks while walking. This isn't new. I was in so much pain a couple years ago that I thought I was going to require back surgery. But then I started swimming and lifting weights everyday, and I didn't have this problem at all. Since I've slacked off the exercise, it has returned with a vengance. I know the short answer is get my butt in gear and get back to the daily exercise. In the mean time, do any of you know any exercises that are good for lower back pain? I know that dead lifts and squats are great for lower back. Anything else you can think of? Thanks, Timma
