Today am going great did my morning and afternoon walk plus climbing stairs in between. So far, I burned over 700 calories..my day is not over and planning on walking after dinner. So, I am resting by the computer and thinking if its worth it on having another cookie..s. I already had cookies plus 100 calorie snack cookie crisp..which I burned off those cookies I had and will have salad and some lean protein for dinner. It is not worth it, unless if I have more cookies or cake or such..will my body is able to move?? Hmmm.. This is like a Mind game and must choose it or move it!!
