Guest guest
4:45 p.m. Even better today WAY inside my parameters. I guess I will always feel a little hungry, but I just reason with myself saying, 'you're not starving to death you can wait'. I do kind of worry if I'm feeling hunger pangs pre-workout. I've passed out at a gym before from not eating prior to my workout and that ain't funny. But I've not done it here yet, and I don't feel faint when I workout even though I have tummy grumbles. If I didn't despise celery so much I'd keep that to munch on while on the road to the gym but I hate it. As I'm trying to stay strictly within parameter, I don't want to eat extra stuff so I just tough it out. I know I'm not starving I had my last snack at 3:30, whole wheat crackers and lowfat cheese. I'll have dinner when I get home so really I just need to wait it out. I'll have my little energy drink while on the tread, that has a little bit of protein in it. But anyway more later. Just killing time really. Post-Workout: OW! Ouch!! Owwieeeeeee!!!!!!!! I only did a mile tonight, my right leg is killing me. I KNOW it's just fatigue and I need to work though it but it was really mireing me down tonight. It hurt last night too, but I worked through it to get to 2 miles. Maybe tomorrow will be better, I'll take an analgesic when I leave work to see if it helps. *~*~*~* "You can deprive the body, but the soul needs chocolate" -Sapphyre *~*~*~* "Meditate. Live purely.
