Guest guest
There are only two words to describe the entirety of last week: CRASH AND BURN. I seemed hell bent on doing anything I wanted and eating anything I wanted. I didn't go to the gym, I didn't stay on program. I was on TOM but that's really no excuse. So I get to weigh in Monday morning and see what a slouch I was. My fault, can't blame anyone but me. I've made some decisions, some I'm not going to go into here but I figure by the end of February I'll have at least 15 pounds off and on my way to whittling away some serious inches. One of the new things I'm going to be doing is lower body work here at home after I come in from the gym. They don't have equipment there that will help me with saddlebag areas, or inner thigh areas all that great and I have some good floor exercises I can do for spots like that. They don't have proper equipment for ab work either, I don't like that ab roll machine they have it does nothing for me, so it's back to basic crunches for me. Anyway, I'm not giving up, I'm coming back stronger and more stubborn than ever, and I'm going to succeed in this. In other news, NASCAR season kicked off with my guy doing great, even leading a lap or two and finishing 6th in the season teaser, so I'm very proud of him, and it was a kick butt race too, definatly an edge of your seater. So I'm very happy on that front. Spring is here full force, my garden is outside, and I'm playing in the dirt every weekend. I hope everyone is doing well with life, program and everything. *~*~*~* "You can deprive the body, but the soul needs chocolate" -Sapphyre *~*~*~* "Meditate. Live purely. Be quiet.
