Said a lot of what is happening in my email to the group. Reached my halfway mark today! 50 lbs lost so far, though I may want to lose more when I get to that point. Just will have to see. Have been fighting off all sorts of viruses and bugs but so far so good. Still managing to stay on track and keep going with the cardio and all.
