One of two days of the WEEK that I *could* sleep past 6 a.m., if I wanted to. But noooooooooo!! Last night, during part of my delirium (sp?) of being passed out on the couch, I actually woke up a little bit at one point, looked at the bus and gym schedules and decided to wake my tush up and go to the gym for STEP class today. Yep. Saturday. Alarm goes off at 6:30 a.m. so I could get up and functioning enough to head to the class. 8:15-9:15 a.m. was Step class. I thought I was going to die, but I survived it! I wasn't very coordinated (expected) and was behind in the moves (also expected), but I completed the class!! I had told myself it was ok to leave after 15-30-45 minutes if I had to, but I survived the 60 minutes! Drum Roll Pleasseeeeeeeeeee............................................ Dun dun dunnnnnnnnnnn Dun dun dunnnnnnnnnnnnnnn Dun dun dunnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn Step Aerobics (for me, at my weight) for 60 minutes - burns 1327 calories! WOW! Happy Saturday!
