Then when she told them to put one back in, I didn't, to leave it lower. I figured it wasn't worth killing my knees/ankles the first time LOL! I did go to the Y 5 days this past week. Instead of my usual Mon, Wed. and Fri. routine, I went Mon - Friday! I'm proud of myself too. Congrats to you too - you have a right to be proud. Quick story: the teacher asked who was new to step today so I << waived >> my hand LOL so she showed all the basic steps real quick. After the class, one of the girls asked me how I liked it and I said it was good, I thought I did pretty good for the first time. That was nice though. A Good Credit Score is 700 or Above. Instead of my usual Mon, Wed. and Fri. routine, I went Mon - Friday! I'm proud of myself too. I would go today but because my little hometown Y is soooo packed on Saturdays, I think I will just stay home and try to do a DVD or CD or something. Something is always better than nothing, right?? I wasn't very coordinated (expected) and was behind in the moves (also expected), but I completed the class!! Dun dun dunnnnnnnnnnn Dun dun dunnnnnnnnnnnnnnn Dun dun dunnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn Step Aerobics (for me, at my weight) for 60 minutes - burns 1327 calories! WOW! Happy Saturday! (Plus it helps on the weight loss, naturally!)
