My abs hurt. Anyone that's taken a STEP class knows that there is a portion that you do push-ups and sit-ups/abs.... UGH!!!

I thought my legs would be sore today, but they are actually fine.My abs are speaking to me, though.And, my arms are a little shakey from the push-ups, too....

All-in-all, I would say it's an ok thing and I had a positive experience, so I'll go back!

I was gonna get up and go check out the SPIN class, but I didn't wanna. I didn't sleep in any longer than I normally do; however, I also decided I need/deserve a day off.

Yesterday's Plate Numbers: Calories (net): 1895 Fat: 127 Carbs: 427 Protein: 92

Don't ask/tell. LOL... I *know* if you look at those numbers, the fat and carbs are high. I also know I don't eat "normally" like I have been the past couple of weeks due to the shoveling, etc. I *still* think this is interesting to watch, because the PMS-monster should be about to move out for the month, so we'll see how today's numbers go and through next week, they should be back to "normal". Especially if our snow/rain level remain the level they are at right now and I don't have to do the heavy labor.

My thought(s) of taking today *off* for exercise went by the wayside, by the way. I went shopping at Walmart and then hacked at the ice pile behind where my mother parks some more so she can get in there vs parking on the street. So, I got my calorie burn for the day.

Anyway. Menu for the week is being worked on (always a work in progress) and exercise is bing worked on to look like this (so far):

Sunday: shop/shovel (done)

Monday: STEP

Tuesday:

Wednesday:

Thursday: STEP

Friday:

Saturday: STEP

Three days a week at the gym should be ok, eh?? Should I tweak this?? Leave it as is for now?? Since STEP incorporates pushups and abs, should I just do a WATP on the off-days (Tues, Wed, Fri), or should I still think in terms of a more aerobic video (like my Slim in 6 or something)?? What would *you* do? LOL!!
