Guest guest
I miss our 's. I use to have a cup of chili and a side salad (no dressing) for lunch and a bottle of water. It was enough to fill me up, tasted good and budget friendly. So of course its out of business. Sigh. Jelayne -- 's Friday Post (late) and the numbers Friday, was a really nice day. Really. I decided since I could, and had been locked inside of work for 3 weeks, I wanted to walk to 's for lunch. I wanted French fries. I was going to " settle " for a baked potatoe (better choice, right??). Well, when I finally got up there to order (it took about 10 min to get to the register to order, long line) was told it's a 10 minute wait for potatoes now. So, I said forget it, I'll take a small fries - LOL!! Talk about irony. Then last night, I did 10 minutes of my Slim in 6 DVD, level one Yesterday's eating was again " ugly " : Net calories: 3347 Fat: 97 Carbs: 374 Protein: 68 This is really enlightening, actually, because I haven't paid attention to numbers since quitting WW at the end of August and to see how PMS plays in to the eating and the totals. Thankfully, with Thin Within I don't have to look at these numbers and beat myself up, it's all about observation and correction. And, I am doing ok on the scale (checking daily). So. Friday night, after exercising for 10 minutes (don't make fun of me, I ve been working out with the Arnold (Schwartzenegger) shoveling routine, remember), I passed out. Literally. Like 8 p.m. On the couch watching Ice Age, The Meltdown (thought it was fitting for the end to my week, and was about the mentality I could handle for entertainment). Then I woke up at midnight and went to my bed LOL!! OK. Here you go: So you remember the other night when I told you I had shoveled 21 out of 23 nights? I took it further, to break it out into minutes/hours shoveled and calories burned LOL!! Part of me thinks I am a Type A Personality because I can be (and am, at times) quite the numbers-cruncher. 1580 minutes shoveled = 26.5 hours According to TDP, I burn 700 calories per hour shoveling This = 18431 calories burned " They " say that 3500 calories burned = 1 lb of fat, so sooner or later, this is going to equal roughly 5 lbs on the scale, right??!! LOL!! We know that last week I logged a 2.0 loss and " so far " this week, I am sitting about .2 so it's pretty accurate. Considering how I have eaten the past 2 days due to PMS LOL!! Interesting. V-E-R-Y interesting. Have a great day - stay warm, dry and safe!! in WA 310/255.2/190 I've lost 67 " from my body!!
