I started a few days ago, but just today logged it into www.my-calorie-counter.com I love that website. So, I am up to 299.4 and I am petrified of hitting 300. I am sure I weigh that in the evening, but I refuse to get on the scale and see it. I weighed in yesterday morning. I have got to get the 20 pounds off that I gained. So, I am going to work on it. I need to be walking, but just can't get motivated to do so. I am still thinking about joining curves and working out. I still have to give it some more thought. It is expensive to join and then you have the monthly fees on top of it. So....I am still debating it. Here is my day...
