Guest guest
Hi Tracie, Welcome and good for you not giving up. You have come to a good place for support. Lot of different people all on the same journey with all kinds of ideas and encouragement. I went through relocation in May 2007 Texas to Indiana then my job moved me again in December 2007 Indiana to Tennessee with all that I put back on 43 of the 48lbs that I had lost in Texas. The hardest part for me was support as well since I know no one here except the people I work with. I joined the gym in Janurary but I didn't actually walk into it until the very end of June. I decided to hire a personal trainer and it has been the best decsion I could make. Of course it cost a little bit of money but it has been worth every penny. I have lost 19lbs. 71/2 inches when I measured in early August and when I started 104lbs of my 242lbs was body fat and that has gone down to 80lbs of body fat. April, my trainer, offers the encouragement and guidance that I know is coming from a professional that has become a friend. God Bless your journey, From: sassynshrinking <sassynshrinking@...>Subject: Wanted to say hello....100-plus Date: Monday, September 1, 2008, 12:12 PM Hi Everyone,Im 42, female and have over 100 pounds to lose.
