I am going to come in "under points" for today and this is a good thing.

I decided to watch a video and one of my "rules" is I have to exercise during part of it, so I actually "jogged" for 30 minutes on the jog-o-lean, so it *was* an exercise day. I looked at my calendar for the week and reminded myself that I don't know if I will make it to Curves before they close at 4 p.m. tomorrow and with them being closed Tuesday, this is going to put pressure on the exercise part of the week.

DS ate the last of the pizza/bread tonight, so no more temptations in the house!! All the cookies, pies, egg nog, etc. GONE!!

Have a great evening friends and I am sure I will get on here tomorrow to check on you all!!
