Why do you think it is that we are our own worst critics? Too hard on ourselves...?

Yesterday, I gave myself a "YELLOW" for the day. The reason? Because we had pizza. I had ummmmmmmmm 3 pieces of pizza and 3 pieces of the Italian bread we ordered. That is why I gave myself a yellow for the day: quantity. Points-wise (UGH) I used 21 flex points for the day. YIKES!!

I want to say, I should change that to a RED day. The only saving grace was the fact that I earned 10 activity points for the day, so I *will* leave it yellow.

Anyway oh blessed day, I slept until 9:01 a.m. today!! Woohoooo!! Yay and praise God to getting to sleep in!! For those of you that don't remember, I have been going 90 miles an hour since mid-October when I took the job at TRU and was doing the tax class at the same time, then mega overtime during December.

Even though tax season starts next week (yes, do believe it!! The IRS will accept eFiles 1/10/08) I am hoping some of the insanity at my normal, day job will begin to subside. Less over-time, if nothing else.

Actually, I didn't work any extra hours this past week (Christmas) and probably won't this next week (New Year's) and that is only because I am not going to kill myself with extra hours when it won't at least benefit my pocket book and with holidays, there is no overtime, ya know?

I *did* cook my oatmeal and eat that with cranberries in it and half a grapefruit. GOOD, healthy breakfast!!

NOW I have got to get off the chair and move my body!! I need to read the paper, clean more of the house up and exercise, I think. I need to look at my calendar and see how many days I exercised last week and the projection-able outcome for this week before I can decide for sure. Remember, we are allowed a day off each week <wink> and this *is* a new week today.

I'll be back later, I need to post thoughts on Day 4/100 ;-)
