Guest guest Posted December 29, 2007 Report Share Posted December 29, 2007 One thing I have been considering for some time is switching from the flex plan to the core plan of Weight Watchers. For you WW members, are you doing flex or core and what do you think? I know I can't just jump in and switch in mid-week because: A) I need to get core-friendly foods in my house LOL!! and they suggest you follow either plan for a week at a time. Anyway, I may do that. I am used to following the hunger/fullness of the Thin Within program, so it would be easy to do core in that respect.
