There are 10 days left in this year. We have had 355 days to make a great effort at our weight loss and other goals. Have you been taking stock of how you did and are doing?

Do you have plans for survival of the last two holidays (Christmas and New Year's Eve)?

I was doing ok until today. I skipped the cookie exchange, remember? Yep brownie points for until today. Today was our team holiday celebration. Remember the soup and salad thing? Well, that wouldn't have been bad, but they decided since that was at 1 this afternoon, we might need breakfast items to carry us over.

Did I ever tell you I am a sausage ho? You know, breakfast sausages and those lil smokies? Yep, your -girl is a sausage ho. I did alright with a 1/2 a bagel, 1/2 a muffin, 1/2 a waffle and some fruit and milk UNTIL the sausages showed up. Went down an incline after that. THEN we had the soup/salad/bread and cake lunch.

OK - I give myself little credit. I didn't do too shabby. I *only* ended up using 10 of my flex points today. And when I don't know how many points are in something and am guesstimating, I guess high.

:-/

Could be scary though, going into Christmas Eve/Day activities with the family. Oh well, can't focus on that. Now what I need to do is damage control to get through the rest of the week without going totally over board on the points, huh?!

Tomorrow's WW and <maybe> Curves, then TRU for some excitement (LOL). Hope you all have a great weekend!!
