Today's chapter/day in "100 Days of Weight Loss" is called "Magic Notebook" and discusses how we should have a journal to write things down in (duh) and foods, etc. (another duh)

She goes on to say that when you think of a food, or want it, we should write it in our notebook, as well as the quantity, when and how often we will have this. The getting it out of our mind will help. "Just because you think about a food doesn't mean you have to eat it."

Today's "assignment"

Whenever you think about a particular food you want, write it down in your notebook. Plan that you'll eat it another time. If you wish, add the amount you'll have and how often you'll fit it in your program (ie my eating 3 pieces of pizza every 2 weeks) Stretch the times further apart for eating this food. You may discover that after a while, certain foods don't seem as important to you as they once did.

I haven't decided if today is green or yellow. Eating-wise has been alright and I have "jogged" for 18 minutes. I stayed at work too late to make it to Curves. So, unless I go hog-wild between now and midnight, it should be a green day.
