Better late than never LOL!

I did not go to Curves today, but I *did* go for a 60 minute walk, which more than made up for the time I would have spent indoors at Curves!!

The key right now is to be outside when the weather is clear and be training, ya know? I didn't wog at all, but went about 3 miles. Technically speaking tomorrow is slated for 5 miles. We'll see. Maybe I will go to Curves and do 2 miles LOL!! Hey, I can do what I want, as long as I get in exercise and train also, right??

Eating has been alright. Really. I wanted to stuff and stuff and stuff today.

:: waving to Debby :: Thanks for suggesting the magnesium supplements, I think it is helping the cravings. I had also heard somewhere that "Cinnamon" helps for something (I can't remember) and figured it can't hurt LOL so I bought some of that also.

Have any of you heard about that one?? I tried to do a search online and didn't really know at that time what to hunt for (LOL) and gave up.

So, I didn't have any PMS-related cravings today, I just wanted to STUFF due to stress, etc. Sigh. I did great though!!

All of our new employees are temp-to-hire at first, so they have 90 days as a temp before they are hired by my company. A gal went from temp to permanent position yesterday and it is our standing joke that the "new hire" has to bring donuts for the team, so she did today. I went over to look and said "nope, not worth it" and walked away. I did this not just once today, but THREE times!! I wanted one so bad, but they didn't even look or smell good. You know how you can *smell* donuts and just "have to have one" - well, these weren't those donuts!!

Sorry I am just not getting responses to the posts in a timely manner this week, but between being super busy and stressed at work, I am just tired when I get home and have real life things to do <wink> so don't get online much.

I'll try to catch up this weekend.

Next week will be hit and miss cuz I am leaving Friday morning and have to keep the household caught up before that.
