Kicked It.

I say this loosely (sp?) - but I kicked it. I kicked it good for the past two weeks. In spite of TOM showing up yesterday and "being in the chocolate" due to stress and duress this past week, if not two, I lost 2.2 lbs of the 3.0 I gained over/following Thanksgiving. So, not looking at the TOM-picture, it could have actually been "better"....

After breathing a sigh of relief (that I didn't gain) I said (outloud in my meeting) "Thank you God" - I know anything I do to myself (eating-wise) over the next several weeks is my own fault when it shows up on the scale, but to know that I am doing semi-alright makes it better. Like a hug.

I *thought* we only got about 3-4" of snow last night, but it's a wet, heavy snow again and it feels like 6-8" driving so I need to leave here in a few minutes to head to work. I want to give myself time to get there.

No Curves today - didn't have time with cleaning the car off, etc. but that's ok, I got in 6 days of exercise total this week.

Hope you all have a great weekend. I did read a few of the posts last night, but then needed to go to bed more than I needed to respond (LOL) so I will come back and respond over the weekend. Oh yeah speaking of TRU, I need to print out my resignation. I need to hand that in today to be effective in 2 weeks. :-)

in WA310/257.2/170 (WW Flex) -2.2 for two weeksWOOOOHOOOOO - 52.8 lbs gone!!See AOL's top rated recipes and easy ways to stay in shape for winter.
