So heres what I have eaten today, not too bad and I have drank all of my three milks in actual milk out of the glass, didnt get in that last oil or veggie but overall not too shabby, did really well on my water, although I have some pts left but wont be using then since drinking all that milk fills me up. I did core last week but ended up eating the taco bell my sis brought me at work and didnt want have to use basically all the 35 pts for it so decided to switch to flex this week but eat mostly core foods, and since I normally have a hard time getting in all those healthy's, I figured I did pretty well. Hope every one has a great night, I actually get to sleep in my own bed tonight since im off from work.
