So need to focus and start jorunaling it really works. Watching Oprah yesterday she had the big gal who lost tons of weight. Something she said is so true. If you binge dont right the whole day off. Start over the very next meal. DONT just keep eating bad. We are not over weight do to one binge BUT many and not stopping. NH. Start 4/5/07241.2/235.0See what's free at AOL.com. One binge and the day was over for me...it wasn't just one binge..but a whole bing DAY. that is very very true and i will have to remember that!!
