WI this morning - up 1.0.

Completely expected, though. The stress of the last couple of weeks, Mom's condition, finishing the house, eczema/dermatitis worse, etc - well, these are all excuses. I could still grab a yogurt instead of a candy bar. Last night, I figured the week was shot, so I got chix wings and tater tots. Even at 7-11, they have good options available if you look for them.

This week will be better. There is less going on, and there is a social event at my boss's house this afternoon. His wife is quite health-conscious, having lost 40 lbs at Curves and even working there for a while. So, I am sure there will be healthy options available.

I'm off to get my roots done, something that could have been done a month ago, and now really NEEDS to be done. I'm sure I will feel better about myself once I take care of myself and take care of some of the things that have slid lately.

Thanks for not giving up, on me, or more importantly, on each other and yourselves.

Sorry about the gain. BUT don't be too hard on yourself it's tough to stay on plan in the face of stress, problems etc. Pick yourself up and move on, just tell yourself "today will be better". You never know a positive attitude may help you more than you realize!

I recently gave up on coloring my hair... I hadn't seen my "true" color since I was a teen! LOL

Not a problem that's what we are here for; to offer and get support!

Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming - Wow! What a ride!~ Unknown

Bummed with you over the gain Miss Eileen, but you can get it back off! Especially now that things are <hopefully> settling down with mom, sis, everyone's health, etc. You are a big care-giver for your family and they are lucky and blessed. Now, take care of you.

Thanks for the reminder. Last night (Friday) I didn't really want to cook, since I had been busy, sick, etc all week.... ds wanted an Arby, so I had their chicken santa fe salad. For the WW = 21 pts if eating the whole thing, which I did. LOL.... well, it was good and did fit in to the tally for the day. Today, our usual pizza night - we both must still be feeling off, so we opted for healthy choices at 's instead - this time, I had their mandarin chicken salad (only 14 pts)... ds even commented about my choices of salads. I said "well, it is a better choice for me".... sure, I could have had a burger or something, but I seriously think I am coming into TOM and didn't want to waste extra points... bank them for later in the week (my week goes Thurs-Wed)...

How'd it go at the social event?? I don't have anything social coming up for the next 6 weeks, so I am good to go.

Thanks for not giving up, on me, or more importantly, on each other and yourselves.

Never give up on you! In fact I was getting ready to send out the sos email asking where you and are at... Glad you both checked in - I will get to hers next :-)
