Hi there friends,

How is everyone doing? I'm not doing so good. I am trying to not let the scale make me upset, but it is hard. I have been doing Weight Watchers for five weeks now. When I went in the second week, I had gained a pound. The next week I lost three pounds. The next week I stayed the same, and today I gained another pound. I can't seem to be losing with Weight Watchers. I write down everything I eat and I stay within my points, but it doesn't seem to be doing any good. I'm thinking about quitting and going back to the diabetic clinic's way of eating again. Why pay $39.95 a month if I am not losing the weight. That is a lot of money for us (my hubby and me) since we are on pretty much a fixed income. I just don't know what to do. I have been trying. I really have. I eat a lot more on the WW then my other way. I am just confused. Well, had to vent a little. What would you all do if you were in my shoes (besides go for a walk LOL). Actually I do need to go for a walk, but that isn't an answer to my WW question. Thanks for listening.

I do appreciate you all. Even when I haven't been involved with this group as much you are all still here for me and I really want to thank you. I am hoping that some day I will be able to get myself back involved with you all on an every day occurrence. I know you all need the encouragement too.

from MO.
