Guest guest
Just awful. I weighed this morning, when I started my journey this time I was at 248, lowest I've been is around 215. This morning, 235. I am premenstrual so perhaps after TOM I'll love around 5 of these pounds but I have to get a handle on my eating. One of the biggest problems is water, ours is coming out of our faucets cloudy so because we don't buy water except for the sparkling flavored water which we've been out of I've been drinking more sodas. That stops today, back to one a day and I bought 5 bottles of sparkling water to drink at work and will pick up a gallon of good water and some sparkling water for the house tonight. I know I can do this I'm disgusted with myself and disappointed but not giving up. Did anyone see on the health channel last night the woman that had lost 300 pounds in 2 years and had the makeover surgery? Man she looked awesome. Well have a great day everyone food_addicts_anon wrote: Reminder from: food_addicts_anon Group Title: Monday Confessions ... How Did Your Weekend Go?? This morning, 235. I sure wish I could be worring about waking up weighing 235!! Hahahaha, I'd be happy as poop!! Hahaha. But don't worry to much about messing up. Worry more about getting back on track. That's another good reason for tomorrows!! You can do it!! One of the biggest problems is water, ours is coming out of our faucets cloudy so because we don't buy water except for the sparkling flavored water which we've been out of I've been drinking more sodas. flavored water? What do they flavor it with? why not just good ole plain water? That stops today, back to one a day Hmmm, one soda a day... that's about 250 calories a day (for a 20oz.). That's 1750 calories a week (that's exactly half a pound). 87.5mg of sodium a day. 612.5mg a week. I wonder how much fluid 612mg of sodium will retain? Kinda makes ya think, huh? Did anyone see on the health channel last night the woman that had lost 300 pounds in 2 years and had the makeover surgery? Man she looked awesome. Well have a great day everyone > I missed this, I definately want to see it. Even though I'll be mad with jealously watching it. I hope to be like this woman one day. Although I wouldn't have to shed 300pounds!! May Goodness, Just goes to show when you REALLY want something, you can get it. I mean you gotta want it deep down in your bones. So deeply that you can taste it and NOTHING will stop you to get to were you want to be. > food_addicts_anon <---I need to check out this group big time. Guest guest
Did ok Saturday a little high on calories (2098). Yesterday I did 3 loads of laundry and some catch-up housecleaning, really worked up a sweat! Didn't log calories though. Had KFC for lunch and although I shared with Hubby I still think I ate way too many calories. Last night I felt ill so I "let" myself eat some popcorn and have a 7-up-not a diet one either. Still feeling a bit icky (my son "Bubba" has been sick since Wed) today so I haven't drank my Slim-Fast for today(afraid I will throw it up). Trying to drink some iced coffee right now as I got to this house a little less messy before the Cable guy comes. Blessed be,

Makes me think there's a reason I stick to Diet Rite: 0 carbs, 0 calories, 0 sodium, 100% flavor, 0 guilt SulaBlue
Guest guest
Nope! SulaBlue > > Does the Diet Rite have any caffiene?? I have given up my soda habit been exactly 10 days soda free now... only drinking water and juice.. I used to drink more than 1 2 liter a day sometimes diet soda but often not... If it doesnt have any caffiene (sp) I may have to try some... > >
Guest guest
I was just wondering, out of curiosity.... if Diet Rite has no carbs, calories, caffine, sodium, sugar, etc... What exactly are you putting into your body? > > > Hmmm, one soda a day... that's about 250 calories a day (for a > 20oz.). > > That's 1750 calories a week (that's exactly half a pound). 87.5mg > of > > sodium a day. 612.5mg a week. Guest guest
Diet Rite Tangerine Nutrition Facts - 8oz serving Calories: 0 Total Fat: 0 Sodium: 0 Total Carb: 0 Protein: 0 Ingredients: Carbonated water, citric acid, potassium benzoate (preservative), gum acacia, sucralose (Splenda), acesulfame potassium (Sunett brand sweetner), natural and artificial flavors, ester gum, yellow 6. Also available in Cherry Cola, Black Cherry, White Grape, Cola, Red Raspberry and Kiwi-Strawberry flavors. So no, not all natural by any means - but then again, I never expected it to be. Some people won't drink or eat anything if it's not all natural and organic. I'm not one of those people.
