Guest guest
I read on someone's blog I think that she is challenging herself for the 12 weeks that American Idol is running for a new weight loss goal... can you all imagine where we would be in 12 weeks if we set our minds to this. It's on what, an hour or two the first night each week and then 30 minutes the 2nd night?? Just imagine if we all commit to doing exercise during the commercials during that (or any other t.v. program) you are "involved" in!! So, here goes: what is your 3 month (12 weeks) goal... 12 weeks from tonight, if I do the math correctly, is May 29th.... correct me if I am wrong. I don't have a bike or treadmill, elliptical or anything like that, but I do have a mini trampoline, so I commit to doing "something" during the commercials of the programs I watch during the next 12 weeks and I would like to raise my "goal" from 1-1.5 lbs a week to 2 lbs a week - this will be 24 lbs gone (or be at 261.8) - heck, while I am at it I will step out and say I will be at my first 10% WW goal (259.4) :-) Step it up folks, we can do this!! Guest guest
Hahaha, funny!! I always, since the season started, cycle on my exercise bike while watching Idol!! For at least 30 mins. and sometimes up to an hour. I'm sooo engrossed with what's going on on Am. Idol, I don't even notice the time. Now, I watch Idol, and read by boring science book too. all while pumping away on the exercise bike. I also like to ride and watch my bike during House. I love that show too. > > > I read on someone's blog I think that she is challenging herself for the 12 > weeks that American Idol is running for a new weight loss goal... can you > all imagine where we would be in 12 weeks if we set our minds to this. Guest guest
~ I love doing this! I have my bike in the living room right in front of the tv. I won't let myself watch tv if I'm not on the bike. LOL! Needless to say, I don't watch as much tv as I used to. hehehehe I'm up for any challenge! But am trying to stay away from focusing on the actual weight loss. If I weigh myself too much I become obsessed. So, I'll have to bow out of this one. warmly, Kim On 3/13/07, ABrite@... <ABrite@...> wrote: > > I read on someone's blog I think that she is challenging herself for the 12 > weeks that American Idol is running for a new weight loss goal... can you > all imagine where we would be in 12 weeks if we set our minds to this.
