Oof, what a day, what a day!

Jerk 2 floors up was moving last night - at midnight! Then, it was up by 7 a.m.

to hit the

shower and then a quick bite before heading to work for an 8 hour shift.

Thankfully a light

day at the office.

Came home, finished up dinner with the prepped foods from yesterday and then

changed

clothes and went to the gym. I got in 15 mins or so on the elliptical and 5 mins

on the

bike. My pedometer is showing just over 3,700 steps for the day - ARGH! You'd

think it'd

be more! I weighed in. I really shouldn't have. Of course, since it's late

evening it's showing

a gain! I think I'm not going to weigh again until the weekend when I can weigh

in early

early.

Came home and made a batch of muffins for breakfasts for the next two days, a

couple of

big antipasto salads for hubby and I to take to work along with a bit of

leftover beef-stir

fry for our third meal of the day. Cleaned up the kitchen. Thankfully hubby

really likes to

help in the kitchen though it is quite a dance in our apartment's l-shaped

kitchen! I really

want to get a baker's rack or an island so I have more counter space!

Finally getting a bit of a breather!
