Guest guest
Well, I don't know what I am whining about - about exercise not getting easier. I *finally* hit my 150th workout today at Curves (( Not that I am counting - their computer screen shows me the counter when I sign in LOL )) My goal is to get through the next 150 quicker than I got to this first 150!! I am in a few personal exercise challenges right now: 1st - at work, a walking challenge for 2 months (we only get to count our "work days", so weekends don't help) 2nd - a step challenge with the 100+ group (first two days off to a slow start, but I'll catch up) 3rd - an extrapounds challenge to do "something" for 30 minutes each day during the month of March - I like this one, it gives me something to work toward on the weekend besides being a total veg LOL!! Speaking of vegging.... or veggies. That's my goal for this next week. It's easy to eat all of my points, but I still after all of this time of eating healthier and moving my body struggle with the fruits n veggies, so this week's goal is to get in my 5 a day. Does everyone have goals for the new week? Have a great weekend - stay warm, dry and safe. AOL now offers free email to everyone. Find out more about what's free from AOL at AOL.com. Guest guest
>I *finally* hit my 150th workout today at Curves Congrats! Any special prize for hitting those special numbers? > (( Not that I am counting - their computer screen shows me the counter when > I sign in LOL )) I have a databse I keep of when I get in at least 20 minutes of exercise. When I added today's in I groaned - It was only workout number 10 for the year. That *doesn't* count the days of tai chi or toning or weights, so I *did* do more than that, but the *good* stuff, only 10. Now that the flu is finally gone and allergy season isn't quite here yet, I plan on getting the next 10 in within the next 2 weeks! Okay, maybe 3. LOL > Does everyone have goals for the new week? Heck, right now I'd be happy to *not* nap in the afternoon and stay awake until 9 at night! I haven't done either of these for over a month.
