Guest guest Posted January 26, 2007 Report Share Posted January 26, 2007 Well, I weighed in yesterday and gained 1 pound. I knew I had gained some, I was 80% good, but when I was bad, I was REAL bad. I've had some victories over the past few weeks, and some defeats. I guess that is expected. I won't lie and say I am not disappointed (mostly in myself), but after my 2 day binge I was right back on the plan and am glad I only re-gained 1 pound. My problem was (and I admitted this to my support group at work) was that I was off on Tuesday (our weigh in day) so I figured it didn't matter if I splurged over the weekend because I was right back on track by Monday, but then I go to work on Wed. and was told the day was changed to Thursday because there were other schedule conflicts. I was like " Oh great " but inside I was thinking " Oh crap! " This week our group decided to do individual and team incentives. We'll see how that goes. I really, really really need to start exercising! That has usually been very easy for me - but I can't seem to get motivated to just get moving!
