Guest guest Posted February 1, 2007 Report Share Posted February 1, 2007 Here is my 2006 results I forgot to send in. This sums my year up. At the end of 2006 I had managed to lose 17 pounds total. I started going the wrong way in the end of September and really made myself have a huge setback. I am just now getting back down to where I was before I started gaining again in September. I weighed in all thoughout the month but am only sending my Saturday weigh ins. Those weeks that there is no info on I didn't weigh on Saturday. I weighed in on a different day. This year I am doing better. So far this year i have kept great records. I have a daily weigh in and havent missed a day. As a result January has ben my best month. I have been so much more aware of how I have been doing. I vowed to make 2007 a better year. I hope all of us can get closer to our goals this year. Some of us might not make it to goal but hey.......I am 17 pounds lighter at the end of 2006 then I was at the beginning. And it has made a huge difference to me.
